Orders and Shipping
We ship weekdays using CourierPost – most orders arrive between 1-3 days. If you are rural then add a day or 2 extra.
Click & Collect is a completely free service! If our store has the item in stock, the turnaround time is 15 minutes from the time of order (during business hours). TIP: keep in mind our trading hours when planning your collection. For same day collection it is best to order before 2pm.
Yes, however you will need to contact us as soon as you realise the mistake. In most cases you will have to re-direct the package once NZ Post have it in their system.
You can track the status of your order in your account page, you will also get emailed tracking information from NZ Post to track your package.
No, credit cards are processed via WindCave and no data is stored at all in our system about your full card number.
- Select your bank.
- When prompted login using your Internet Banking username and password.
- Follow the prompts to complete the payment transaction.
- Confirm the payment at which point you will be redirected back to our website.
GST is included in all sales here in New Zealand.
If you are outside of New Zealand, then no sorry we do not ship to your country.
As a general rule yes they will arrive in the same package, unless there are large or awkward items that will not fit together.

Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There is a 25% re-stocking fee which covers having to arrange for the product to be bought to as new condition.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and you get a refund the shipping amount of $3.90 for normal courier will be deducted from the total to cover your courier fee.
If we have sent you the incorrect product, please contact us to make it right – sometimes we do get the pick and pack process wrong.
Do not accept the package from the courier, and take photos then notify us as soon as possible.

Please make sure you get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. If you already have the tracking information, then you can request a re-direct via NZ Post’s website.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, the first step is to contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Be ready to provide your order number and any relevant details about the change or cancellation you would like to make. We should be able to advise you on their policies and whether any fees or penalties apply.
Remember, there may be time limits and other restrictions, so it’s best to act quickly if you need to make a change to your order.
Yes, sometimes we will allow pre-ordering of items that have been announced – we will then advise on the ETA for shipping to us, then to you.
