How does the COVID-19 level 4 alert affect Fitness NZ?
Our top priority is first and foremost the health of our staff, our customers and their families. In line with advice and recommendations from the New Zealand Government and the Ministry of Health (MOH), we have implemented the following steps:
The retail store will be closed from Wednesday 25th of March until the alert level is reduced. We will update our site as soon as we know when we can re-open.
Online orders will be impacted by the closure of dispatch centre. We can not guarantee dispatch of orders placed after we move into the level 4 lock down. Courier services will continue to operate for any orders already in progress, but may experience delays due to pressure on the NZ delivery network. If you have any questions regarding the status of an outstanding order, please contact us here.
Click & Collect orders will not be able to be collected after 4pm Wednesday 25/03/2020 until further notice as a result of the level 4 lockdown. If you have any questions about a Click & Collect order that is processing or yet to be collected, please contact us here.
If you place an order which is not dispatched before the lockdown takes affect, your order will be queue for dispatch upon reopening. We will endeavour to provide updates on delivery as the situation progresses.
Being active helps us to set and maintain routines, it can boost energy and strengthen our immune system. You can leave your home for fresh air, a walk, exercise but remember to not go out in groups and maintain that social distance.
Any orders placed on our website will be dispatched as soon as we are able to get them out. Our systems will email you tracking details as they become available.
We thank you for your support during this time.
