How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We ship weekdays using CourierPost – most orders arrive between 1-3 days. If you are rural then add a day or 2 extra.
Click and Collect (Local Christchurch orders)
Click & Collect is a completely free service! If our store has the item in stock, the turnaround time is 15 minutes from the time of order (during business hours). TIP: keep in mind our trading hours when planning your collection. For same day collection it is best to order before 2pm.
What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (and packaging not ripped)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
There is a 25% re-stocking fee which covers having to arrange for the product to be bought to as new condition.
Do you repair Garmin devices
Any Garmin device purchased from our store we will be able to arrange a repair/replacement. For other devices from other retailers you will need to go see them for repair options sorry.
