For added blister protection, apply additional BlisterShield behind your heel after the sock is on.

Honestly amazing! I blister if you so much as look at my feet. 2026 tarawera 102km ultra was horrifically muddy and wet. This stuff kept me blister free! Highly reccomend!! I also used the 2toms anti chafe roll on, I think I was the only person who didnt chafe and who didnt need to reapply (i was out there 16 and a half hours).
I used it on a 3 day hike. Two 8hr days. Messy to use but worked well. Feels nice on the feet. No moisture on feet after a long day.
