PURE Pineapple Electrolyte Hydration is a premium natural isotonic electrolyte drink base using real freeze dried fruit, carbohydrates and electrolytes. It is best used during exercising periods over one hour or high-intensity exercise sessions.

How to Take
DIRECTIONS:
Add one level scoop (included) of powder for every 250ml of water and mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.

RECOMMENDED USE:
500ml – 750ml per hour during extended exercise.

      Tasty way to stay hydrated

      Bought a bag because single packs were out of stock. Still prefer the single packs; however this way I can adjust the concentration better.
